This is always an interesting magazine to read, even though I do have some criticisms. It tends to be long winded, and to offer a lot of advice to governments and leaders. Are they listening? There is a theme of “If I ran the world, this is what I would do…” To which my thought is always, “Great, but you don’t rule the world, and these plans look fine on paper.”

This is the latest information about what I am doing in the audiobook world.
I’m working on a 2-volume series of very interesting books, the Spanish Conquest of the Americas as Recounted Largely by the Participants. It is amazing how cruel and ruthless the conquest was. There was a completely different understanding of how you could treat other people. But also very interesting. In a way, this was the Star Trek of its time, as new worlds were discovered and explored.
Another magazine to attend to before I get back to the history of Canada. Usually I find interesting advice in this magazine, so I look forward to reading it.
At my work, I often have to interrupt the reading of a book with magazines. This is a chance to catch up on some news and commentary before I get back to the history of Canada.
I am looking forward to this book, in part because I feel that I really should know more about Canadian history.
This should be an interesting read, although there is something curious about the title: Kids in the Syndrome Mix of ADHD, LD, Autism Spectrum, Tourette’s, Anxiety, and More!
It’s that exclamation point at the end that throws me. And More! It makes it sound like a commercial for people shopping for disorders. However, it is too early to judge quite yet.
This is a book I particularly look forward to reading. It should be great fun, with many short tales that give insight into life.
